1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our digital boutique, exploring our catalog, or placing an order with Royal Naari, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our storefront.

2. Handcrafted Jewellery & Material Standards

Each Royal Naari creation is handcrafted by skilled generational artisans in Surat. We uphold the following quality commitments:

• Base Metallurgy: Premium skin-friendly brass and surgical stainless steel, 100% lead-free and nickel-free (hypoallergenic).
• Micro-Plating: Dual-layer 18K/22K micro-gold and rhodium plating treated with an anti-tarnish protective shield.
• Stone Setting: Grade-A certified Austrian zircons, American Diamonds, and Kundan cabochons secured by hand prong setting.
• Artisan Variations: Minor variations in gemstone cut, polish, or enamel shading are inherent to authentic handmade jewellery and verify genuine Karigari.

3. Pricing, GST & Order Accuracy

All prices displayed on Royal Naari are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors and cancel or adjust orders placed under erroneous pricing.

4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of placement by messaging our WhatsApp Concierge. Once an order has entered dispatch and tracking has been generated, cancellations cannot be accepted, and the parcel must follow our standard 7-Day Exchange & Returns protocol upon receipt.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including product photography, editorial imagery, branding, logos, design sketches, and descriptive copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of Royal Naari Atelier and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat.
