• Dispatch Time: All in-stock jewellery pieces undergo a 7-stage quality check and are dispatched within 24 business hours from our Surat atelier.
• Metro Cities: Delivery within 2 to 4 business days (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune).
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Rest of India: Delivery within 3 to 6 business days.
• Remote / Island Locations: Delivery within 5 to 8 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Modes
