1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Privilege Window

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If your fine jewellery piece does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a smooth return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition with no signs of use or damage.
  • All original packaging, including the velvet presentation box, anti-tarnish pouch, certificates, and tags, must be returned.
  • Please share a clear photograph or unboxing video of the product via WhatsApp when initiating your request.

3. Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Message our WhatsApp Concierge at +91 70966 77875 or email royalnaaribethequeen@gmail.com with your Order ID (#RN-XXXXX).
  2. Doorstep Pickup: We will arrange a free reverse pickup directly from your address within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Fast Resolution: Once the parcel is received at our Surat studio, your replacement piece or full refund will be processed within 48 hours.

4. Refund Modes

  • Prepaid Orders: Amount refunded directly to your original payment method (Card, UPI, NetBanking) within 3–5 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Amount transferred via instant UPI or NEFT direct bank transfer upon receiving your details.
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately as a digital voucher with 1-year validity and an additional 5% celebration bonus.

5. 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Polish Warranty

All Royal Naari pieces are protected by our 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Assurance. If your piece experiences unexpected tarnishing under normal wear within 12 months, our atelier will re-polish and re-microplate it free of cost.
